Hidden Quest and World Map - Guild Wars Forums

1) Does anyone have a site of the full worldmap? (including desert and ring of fire etc) post-beta

2) I have been given quests outside of townships and outposts...and was wondering if anybody knew a site listing such "hidden quest" .... the type where you would have to travel to the middle or nowhere to pick it up.
